Auto-Renew Subscription Terms

Welcome to PolessVPN's subscription service! Please read the following terms carefully to understand your auto-renewal subscription rules.

1. Subscription Content

• PolessVPN offers a monthly subscription plan, granting you continuous access to our services.
• You can choose the following subscription plan:
  • Monthly Subscription: ($3.99/month)
• Subscription unlocking feature:
  • Unlimited traffic
  • No speed limit
  • Unlock VIP Nodes
  • Unlock Faster Support

2. Auto-Renewal

The subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The fee will be charged to your iTunes account within 24 hours before the end of each subscription period. You can turn off the auto-renewal option at any time in your iTunes account settings.

3. Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, please complete the process at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

• To cancel:
  1. Go to "Settings" -> Tap on "Apple ID" -> Select "Subscriptions".
  2. Find PolessVPN and tap "Cancel Subscription".
• Note that after cancellation, you can still use the paid content until the end of the current subscription period.

4. Refund Policy

Canceling the subscription within the current period will not result in a refund. If the service was not provided due to technical issues or other reasons, please contact customer service at [customer support email] to inquire about refund policies.
